DeLaney & DeLaney LLC represented Craig R. Bush, an individual Defendant in a putative class action brought by a customer of pre-paid cemetery and burial services, perpetual care services, funeral services and merchandise at an Indiana cemetery seeking to recover damages on behalf of thousands of cemetery customers. The trial court denied class certification, and the Court of Appeals affirmed on appeal in a published decision. The firm participated in briefing before the trial court and Court of Appeals and successfully opposed class certification. Farno v. Ansure Mortuaries of Ind., LLC, 953 N.E.2d 1253 (Ind. Ct.
