DeLaney & DeLaney LLC represented Benita Shaw, a Registered Nurse who worked at Elkhart General Hospital for more than two decades, in a disability discrimination case. Ms. Shaw suffered from Raynaud’s Disease, and alleged that she was denied a promotion because Beacon wanted someone who wasn’t “disabled” to do the job, and failed to accommodate her disability, leading to her termination.
